Returns and Exchanges
All items are handmade, so small variances and imperfections are to be expected. Colors are hand mixed and may vary slightly from what is seen on the website. All items have a 14 day warranty which covers normal use. Items damaged / broken beyond the 14 day window are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement. Returns for damaged and unsatisfactory items will be accepted within 7 days of delivery and given a full refund for the original purchase price. If items are damaged on receipt, a photo of the damaged item(s) must be included in the return / refund request. If an item is returned for cosmetic imperfections that are unsatisfactory to the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the item has been shipped back and received. If the return arrives damaged due to improper packaging, no refund will be issued.
Damaged earring returns after the 14-day window will be handled on a case by case basis. Customers will have the option to place an order for individual replacement earrings and will be responsible for shipping costs. Note that a new earring may not be an exact match for the original, as the colors are hand mixed and the pieces are handmade. Hello Lavender is not responsible for lost or stolen earrings. In this case, please reach out for individual / pair replacements.
While polymer clay is durable, the earrings and their findings are meant to be handled with care. If the earrings are properly cared for, they will last for years.

Domestic: All packages are shipped via USPS. Once items have been picked up by USPS, Hello Lavender is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Customers are responsible for communicating with shipping carriers regarding any shipping issues. Refunds / replacements will not be issued for lost packages. Shipping costs for multiple orders for the same address will not be combined / refunded.
International: All packages are shipped via USPS. Once items have been picked up by USPS, Hello Lavender is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Due to COVID related issues, some international orders are taking 3-4 months to arrive. Customers are responsible for communicating with shipping carriers regarding any shipping issues. Refunds / replacements will not be issued for lost packages. Shipping costs for multiple orders for the same address will not be combined / refunded.
