All returns / exchanges must be sent within 30 days of the original shipping date. Customers will receive a full refund, excluding shipping and tax, for returns once items have been received by Hello Lavender. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the original item.
If Item is made with Hand Dyed Yarn, only full refunds are allowed as I cannot not make the same item in a different size due to it's one of a kind uniqueness.
